Our Story
Collab‑IT was founded by Natalie Collins, a fractional CIO and transformation leader who believes that technology works best when people feel empowered, connected, and inspired. With a background in IT strategy, governance, and hands‑on delivery, she brings a unique blend of creativity, clarity, and compassion to every engagement.
Her approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and courage; values that honour both the playful creativity of our inner child and the grounded integrity of modern leadership. She helps organisations rediscover their strengths, build inclusive teams, and create technology environments where everyone can thrive.
Natalie’s work is shaped by lived experience. As an ADHD founder and a safeguarding board member for the National Autistic Society, she is deeply committed to creating neuro‑inclusive workplaces where diverse thinking is recognised as an asset, not an exception. Her personal mission is simple: to even the playing field, ensuring every voice is heard and every team has the foundations to succeed.
Alongside her leadership experience, Natalie holds Microsoft AI Fundamentals and AI Transformation Leader certifications, enabling her to guide mid-market and PE Backed businesses through the evolving landscape of AI with clarity, responsibility, and practical insight.
